A sumptuous palace and a dreamy haven of peace and tranquillity... the Riad is arranged around an immense patio (17m x 14m), including a pool (7m x 3,50m) (unheated). The patio is unusual, full of orange and mandarin trees, Washingtonia palms, banana plants... a good cross-section of the local flora is represented in the gardens. There are quiet sitting areas under the arcades near the swimming pool. A large sitting room retaining its original painted wooden doors opens off the patio offering a place in front of the open fire or a chance to chat to friends in perfectly restored surroundings. Opposite the sitting room is a large suite and there is also a douirya, a small annex with its own patio and reached by passing through an arched gallery. The large roof terraces are the perfect place to have breakfast while contemplating the Atlas Mountains (snowy in January) in the distance, or to stretch out and relax while keeping an eye on the pool and patio. The whole house is tastefully decorated and great attention has been paid to the fixtures and fittings to ensure maximum comfort throughout: each room or suite has its own bathroom, and all the finishes are in authentic Moroccan materials (tadelakt, dess...). The household linen, crockery and cutlery have been chosen with great care. The staff are permanently available and devote themselves to the well-being of their guests, ensuring that every visitor experiences the comfort and luxury for which the house was designed. The Riad is five minutes' drive from Jema El Fna square, and easily accessible, close to the Dar Yacout restaurant, in an attractive residential area of the Old City.
