Ideally located close to the Saadiens tombs and the Royal Palace, the Dar Karma offers tradition and modern comfort.
The patio, the main room of the house, is planted with orange trees and decorated of a mural fountain, giving the freshness of an authentic Riyad garden. Sitting areas are there around so as to benefit from its quiete. The perfect arrangement of the Riyad, between the patios and the rooms, allows at the same time a true feel like home sensation while respecting the intimacy and the rhythm of each and every one.
In the second patio you will discover the relaxing atmosphere of the heated swimming pool. The resting area and the hammam welcome you in a marble and tadelakt decoration. Caring about your well-being, the Riyad makes it possible for you to use the hammam 24h a day. You will try the scrubbing with black soap, the massages, the manicurist and other traditional cares.
On the first floor, the five rooms are mixing with luxury and simplicity all the details of Moroccan traditional decoration: tadelakt, marble, zouar El beldi (old fashioned painted ceiling) or zelliges. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The bathrooms in tadelakt, decorated with elegance, are arranged to be places of relaxation, combining the Moroccan traditional baths with modern comfort.
The terrace is a place for resting and serenity. It opens on the solarium, judiciously equipped with showers and brumisators. Planted with olive-trees, fig trees and aromatic plants, it offers the comfort of large sofas, with a breathtaking vieuw both on the Atlas and the medina.
